Caixa's endomarketing is a reflex of the company's spirit. The bank is the leading sponsor of Brazilian sports. Caixa is well-known for its work on the soccer front, gymnastics, track & field, olympic martial arts, paralympics, and mainly road running.

In 2015, to crown this effort, Caixa made the incentive on practicing physical activities an internal corporate policy.

That's how Caixa on the Streets started. A relationship platform that engaged the employees with exclusive content about welfare, a series of live activation campaigns and rewards, lots of rewards. Ultimately, all the necessary motivation tools to set sedentarism aside and start and maintain an active and healthy life.

In less than two years, Caixa on the Streets has become the largest and most active endomarketing platform in Latin America.
